3.Agent reputation: how you threat people, brands appreciate your honest, work hard, transparency. Build your business football reputation. Connect with audience, be kind, good things will happen, think in long term.
4.Scouting for sponsorships: You can’t be everywhere, build your network. Build relationships and get the best information from the territories and talents. Use information to scout the right talent.
5.Athletes as Brands: Be more than a player, have to evolute, influentiate and communicate more off the field, create content. Remember this is a long game, not a short game. Build your brand.
6. Marketable Players: Make your client an attractive product for brands, train him as a integral talent, personal branding is a great tool to build it.
7.Brand Empathy: Put yourself in the brand boots, how you match the talent with the brands. Find sinergies, how you against brand needs, help the brand sell.
8. Sports Marketing nowadays: The way of money is managed different, now there’s some other priorities for companies.
